Pork Loin Pot Roast

Ingredients
3 lb. Pork Loin Roast1.5 lbs. carrots, peeled, and sliced2.5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and quartered1 can low sodium chicken broth1 tsp. pepper1 tsp. No Salt2 TBSP ham seasoning1/2 c. flour2 TBSP Canola oil
Directions
Season roast with No Salt and pepper, and roll into flour. Place in skillet with canola oil heated to med high heat, and braise on all sides till browned. Add chicken broth, carrots and potatoes seasoning with No Salt, pepper and ham seasoning. Place in 300 degree oven and bake for 4 hours. serves 8.
