Creamy Wild Rice Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground beef3 tbsp flour1 cup 1% milk2 tsp beef boullion1 cup uncooked wild rice4 cups water1 cup frozen peas1 cup chopped carrots
Directions
Brown ground beef. Drain. Add 3 tbsp flour. Cook for 1 minute. Add milk and water all at once. Add Beef boullion and rice. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmering, add carrots. Cook for 30 minutes. Add peas and cook for 10 more minutes.
