Quick Itallian Penne Casserole

1 lb ground chuck 80/201 lb lean ground beef 97/713.25 oz box of whole wheat penne pasta1 24 oz jar pasta sauce1 14.5 oz can of stewed tomatoes2 cups shredded mozzarella
bring 4 quarts of water to a boil
add 1 tsp salt and box of penne pasta
boil penne for 7 minutes, drain
while pasta boils, brown ground beef then add pasta sauce and stewed tomatoes
combine pasta with sauce
spray a 9X13 glass baking dish with non-stick spray
pour pasta and sauce mixture into baking dish
top with grated mozzarella
bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes until bubbly and starting to brown around the edges.
