Whole Wheat Biscuits

Ingredients
2 C whole wheat pastry flour2 tsp. cream of tarter1/3 c canola oil1/3 c milk2 tsp. granulated sugar1 T baking powder
Directions
Mix dry ing. make a well and add liquid. Stir just to moisten. Knead two or three times, roll out approx. 1/2" thick, use biscuit cutter to cut. Place on baking sheet and back in 450 degree oven for 10-12 minutes, just until browned.
