veggie stew with paprika

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 4 smallCarrots, raw, 4 medium *Potato, raw, 3 medium Parsnips, 4 parsnip *(Veg) Courgette, 200 gram sainsbury's vegetable soup (1/2 can),*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 medium Garlic, 4 tsp*mixed spice, 3 tsp *1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder, 4 serving*Paprika, 3 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp 200g can of plum tomatoes, 800 gram(s) Mushrooms, fresh, 400 grams
Directions
roast all the vegetables till golden brown, put in slow cooker cover in water add garlic, paprika, cumin and other herbs and/or spices of your choice, put lid on and cook for 1 hour full then leave on low for remainder of the time
