Ingredients
OnionsFlaxBlack BeansAlmondsEVOOChilli PowderCuminSpinachEgg WhiteOatsOpt. Tomatoes, grated carrots(Not shown above 1/2C water)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Line a baking pan with Pam spray, and pat out eight patty-like burgers. Pack the dough tightly so the patties wont break apart. Bake the patties for 15 minutes and check on them. They will be done when they are crispy on both sides.
