Ingredients
salmonolive oillemon juicewhite winedillsalt pepperlemon zest
Directions
Cut salmon into 4 piece and place skin side down in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, wine, lemon juice. Add salt, pepper, lemon zest and dill to taste. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
