Vegan Banana Pumpkin Bread

2 cups white whole wheat flour1 tbsp vital wheat gluten1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground ginger3/4 cup organic sugar1/4 cup room temp. vegan margarine 1 tbsp canola oil1/4 cup soy milk1 tsp apple cider vinegar1.5 cup mashed ripe banana1 cup canned pumpkin1 tsp almond extract1 tbsp molasses1/2 tsp vanilla bean
Mix flours, cinnamon, ginger and baking soda together. Cream sugar, margarine and oil together. Mix together soy milk and apple cider vinegar in separate bowl. Mix mashed banana, pumpkin, soy milk, almond extract, molasses and vanilla bean in with creamed sugar. Combine wet ingredients with dry and mix well. Place in oiled bread pan and bake for an hour and 10 minutes.
