White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts1 (15 to 16 oz) jar of salsa1 (8 0z) block of monterey pepper jack cheese2 tbp hot mexican chili powder1 tbp cumin powder(optional) 2 tbp olive oil
Directions
ON THE STOVE
Cut each breast into bite size chunks and cook through in a dutch oven. Cut cheese into chunks. Add northern beans, salsa, cheese, cumin and chili powder to pan. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for one hour, stirring occasionaly.

IN A CROCKPOT
Cut cheese into chunks. Add frozen breasts, beans, salsa, cheese, cumin and chili powder to the pot. Choose hi/low setting based on anticipated meal time.
