Ingredients
1 Banana1 cup Sliced Fresh Strawberries1/2 cup Pineapple Tidbits in their own juice2 ozs Motts (or anybrand Unsweetened ) Applesauce1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Cranberries8 ozs 1% milk1 cup Ice
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender .. Frappe them and then pour them out into 4 8oz containers with lids and Wa la... You have 4 breakfast Smoothies or breakfast and snack time..No sugar other than the natural sugars from the fruit..
