Apple Cranberry Bread

Ingredients

Directions
Combine flour, spice, baking powder, and salt in a bowl; stir to blend the dry ingredients well. Combine eggs, sugar, apple sauce, and oil in a mixing bowl, beating until smooth. Stir in flour mixture, then stir in cranberries. Spoon into greased 9x5x2" loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 70 min (1 hr 10 min), or until a wooden pick inserted in centre comes out clean.

Serving Size: makes 2 normal sized loaves instead of 1 huge one, 24 slices
