Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 32 oz White Rice, short grain, 2 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell), 1.5 cup, chopped Cider Vinegar, .25 cup McCormick Carolina Country Marinade, dry mix only, 1 serving
Directions
mix pork, 3-4 cups water, vinegar, mccormick mix in crock pot. Slow cook for 6-8 hrs. Use water/broth from pork to cook rice in a separate container. Mix peppers, sour cream, onions with pork in crock pot on low. Serve over rice.

Serving Size: 8 servings, 1/2 cup rice & just over 1/2 cup pork mix.
