Shrimp Santorini

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp peeled leave tail1 can crushed tomatoes1 cup white wine1 cup chopped onion4 T EVOO4 oz feta cheesechopped parsley
Directions
saute onion in olive oil
then add tomatos and white wine, simmer till thickened
add shrimp until they turn pink just a few minutes
remove from heat
add crumbled feta and sprinkle with parsley
