1 1/2 C. Crushed Ice1 Banana, Chopped1 Kiwi, Peeled & Chopped1/2 C. Chopped Strawberries1/2 C. Chopped Pineapple2 Tbsp. Flax Seed Meal2 Tbsp. Wheat Germ1/4 C. Coconut Milk1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes for Garnish
Directions
1. Blend the ice, banana, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, flax seed, wheat germ, coconut milk in a blender until smooth; pour into a glass & garnish with the coconut flakes to serve.
