No-bake Granola Bars

4 tbs unsalted Butter1/2 c packed Brown sugar (I used 1/4 cup blonde coconut palm sugar & 1/4 cup whey low gold)1/4 cup Agave Nectar (it called for honey, but I was out)2 1/2 cups oats (or granola)1/4 cup wheat germ2 tb ground flaxseed2 tb whole flax seed1/2 cup craisins1/2 cup sunflower seeds (it called for chopped almonds or sunflower seeds, I chose sunflower seeds:D)1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (my mom used sweetened carob chips, & I also used some dark chocolate chips)2 tb chia seeds
1) In med. saucepan, combine brown sugar, agave nectar, & butter & bring to a boil over med/high heat, reduce to med/low heat & simmer until the sugar is disolved, then remove from heat.
2)Add all ingredients except chocolate chips, fold in until evenly coated
3) Transfer to 9x13 ungreased pan & press firmly until it's even.
4) Gently press chocolate chips on top
5)Place pan in fridge to set the mixture, til firm- approx. 15 min's.
6) cut into 2 1/4" x 3" bars
