Lime Pineapple Jam

Ingredients
4 C. Finely Chopped Fresh Pineapple1 3/4 C. Splenda3 Tbsp. Lime Juice1 tsp. Grated Lime Peel
Directions
1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring occasionally. Boil until thickened, about 40 min. Pour into hot jars, leaving 1/4-in. head space. Adjust caps. Process for 15 min. in a boiling-water bath.
