2 egg whites3 Tablespoons skim Milk2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Vanilla Torani Syrup2 Tablespoons vegetable oil3 Tablespoons fat free Pancake Mix 1 Tablespoon flour1 teaspoon Sugar Free Orange Jello Powder, dry1 scoop Vanilla Isolate Protein PowderPinch salt2 Tablespoons sugar free Cranberry Sauce
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 12 cup mini muffin tin with non stick cooking spray; set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix egg whites, milk, syrup and oil and combine thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix pancake mix, flour, Jello powder, protein powder and salt. Slowly combine dry into wet and stir until combined.
3. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spoon 1/4 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of each muffin.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
