Moroccan-Style Lamb w/Couscous

Ingredients
Bay Leaf, 1 largeCinnamon, ground, 0.25 tspGinger, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1Garlic, 1 clove Onions, 0.5 large Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 can dicedWater, tap, 0.5 cup Beans, black, 0.5 cup Lentils, 0.5 cup Lamb, Ground or ShankCouscous, 1 pkg
Directions
Season lamb w/salt & pepper (I added 1/2 tsp chili powder) and brown in pan w/olive oil.
Put lamb in slow cooker.
Soften onions in same pan used for lamb. Add all seasonings. Stir.
Add tomatoes and beans. Squeeze half of lemon onto mixture. Stir.
Add mixture to lamb in slow cooker.

Ground lamb - cook on high for 1.5-2 hours.
Shanks - cook on high for 3.5-4 hours
