Apple Pie French Toast

Ingredients
3 slices light whole-wheat bread1/4 cup liquid egg whites2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp apple pie spice1/4 tsp cinnamon1 packet steviaoptional: sugar-free or Walden Farms syrup for topping, stevia
Directions
Preheat frying pan to medium heat. Spray with nonstick spray.
In a shallow dish combine egg whites, almond milk, vanilla, spices and stevia and mix well with a fork.
One by one dunk each bread slice into the egg wash, both sides, and place on preheated skillet. Cook for about 1 minute on both sides or until brown and slightly firm.
Top with additional sprinkled apple pie spice, cinnamon, stevia, and/or syrup and ENJOY! :)
