Ingredients
20 oz. pkg ground turkey (93% lean), browned & drained1 medium onion, chopped (or dried, minced to taste)1 can kidney beans1 can "Ro-Tel" tomatoes1 can chicken broth1 can Progresso Minestrone soup1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Vegetable Soup MixSeasonings to taste:Bay LeavesOreganoParsleyGarlic PowderPepper
Directions
Brown turkey with onion; drain off any grease. Mix all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 4-8 hours to thoroughly blend flavors.

Makes about 8 1-cup servings

Low sodium canned goods can be used to lower the sodium content of the soup.

Garnish with shredded cheese, if desired.
