BLT Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
Directions
3 Iceberg lettuce leaves (any should work, though)4 slices center cut bacon1 medium roma tomato1 tbsp light mayo Fresh ground pepper
Cook bacon as directed.
Shred one of the lettuce leaves and distribute evenly between the two remaining leaves.
Chop up tomato and add mayo and ground pepper to taste.
Put half of tomato mixture in each leaf.
Once bacon is cooked, chop and add 2 slices to each leaf.
Wrap up and enjoy!!
