Barley, pearled, raw, 1.5 cupOats, 1.5 cup*Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cuppineapple, dried, 5 servingcherries, dried, 6 servingCinnamon, ground, 1 tbspNutmeg, ground, 2 tsp14 cups of water
Directions
Put all ingredients in a crockpot. Stir. Cook on low setting for 8 hours for a delicious whole grain breakfast in the morning
