Grandma's Cornbread

Ingredients
1 Cup cornmeal1/2 cup flour1 tsp salt3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 cup buttermilk1 egg2 Tbls olive oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Make a well in the middle. Add egg and buttermilk. Stir well. Add oil. Bake in 8-9 inch square pan to make cutting into 12 equal servings easier. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
