Chicken, Spinach and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, cut5oz spinach12oz egg noodles4 cups milk6 Tbls. butter1/4 cup flour1 cup light sour creamritz crackers, crumbled
Directions
Preheat oven at 400. Cook egg noodles as package directs. Cut up 2 cups of chicken. Melt butter in sauce pan and add in flour to make a rue. Add in the milk stirring. Let it thicken on medium heat, stirring constantly. When done add sour cream. Drain noodles and mix with chicken, spinach and milk mixture. (I also added 1 cup mushrooms and it was good.) Put into a 9x13 baking dish and top with crumbled ritz crackers. Cook for 10 minutes in the oven.
