2 pounds of venison steak, cubed2 Tbs. olive oil3-4 pounds of potatoes4 cups of cut up carrots1 cup of chopped onions1 can of green beans1 cup chopped celery1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix10 cups water
Brown venison in the olive oil. Add water, soup mix, potatoes, carrots, onions, green beans, and celery. Bring all to boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for approximately 45 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.
