Spanish Quinoa

Ingredients
Make sure the cumin is dried and powder, not seeds!!
Directions
saute onion and garlic in oil, add quinoa and let "pop" then add in broth and all veggies that you desire. Add tomato sauce and simmer until all broth is absorbed. I cover this loosely and stir it ever so often!

Serving Size: makes 8 , 1/2 cup side dish servings or 5, 1 cup main dish servings
