Chocolate Banana Bread Muffin

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 extra large Salt, 0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract, 0.50 tbsp Canola Oil, 0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.25 cup Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Baking Powder, 0.50 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Wheat bran, crude, 0.25 cup Splenda, 8 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 12 tsp Whole Wheat Flour, 1.75 cup Hershey's dark cocoa, 1/8 cup
Directions
Spray PAM in muffin pan
Mix sugar, oil, applesauce, vanilla, and egg until creamy
Add bananas and stir
Add flour, bran, baking soda and powder, and salt unitl smooth
Bake 350 for 30 minutes
