Beef Stirfry

Ingredients
1LB lean beef flank steak1 green bell pepper1 red bell pepper1/2 onion1 tbls olive oil1.5 cups of brown rice
Directions
Cut beef and peppers into strips. Chop onion. Heat oil in pan for about 1 min. Add beef and cook until med rare. Add vegies and cook until beef is cooked all the way. Cook rice. Add rice to beef mixure. Makes about 8 1 cup servings.
