Chiffon Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour1.5 cups sugar3 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1/2 olive oil9 unbeaten egg yolks3/4 cold water1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp lemon extract1 cup egg whites(8-9)1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Directions
Mix altogether dry ingredients, oil, yolks,water, vanilla and lemon extract. Set aside.Beat egg whites until stiff .Pour egg mixture intoegg whites by folding until blended. Pour into ungreased tube pan and bake @325 50-60 minutes.
