1/4 cup Brown Flax Seed5 large strawberries, sliced1 medium banana, sliced1/3 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla bean1/4 cup water (you can add milk for additional creaminess, but this also adds calories)
Put the flax seed into the blender first until it is of desired consistency. Add strawberries, banana, yogurt and water. Blend until desired consistency.
*Instead of water, you can add milk to add creaminess, however remember to adjust the nutritional numbers accordingly.
