Ingredients
1 lb of carrots and peas12 oz of ground beef 91%1 tsp or less of allspice1 tsp or less of 7 mixed spicesSalt to tasteGranulated garlic to taste2 tbsp or less of tomato paste (depends on taste)Chopped onion to taste
Directions
Heat oil and lightly fry chopped onions.
Add ground beef and cook on high heat until well cooked add the spices and salt
Add carrots and peas, let boil and then cover and simmer for 10 minutes
When done mix in the tomato paste

Serving Size: Makes around 8 1 cup servings
