Ingredients
1 C. almond milk (plain or vanilla, unsweetened)1 banana (peel it and chuck it in the freezer the night before for a frothier shake)15 blueberries (too many blueberries will give you a thick, undrinkable shake)1/2 C. plain greek yogurt2 Tblsp. ground flax meal 2-4 C. Fresh baby spinach1 Tblsp. honey
Directions
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend well. For at least 45 seconds up to one minute.

Serving Size: Makes one 24oz. shake.
