1 cup unsalted butter8 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate1 1/2 cups Splenda for baking1 tbsp. vanilla extract1 tbsp. sugar free Davincis chocolate syrup4 large eggs1 cup almond meal flour1 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. salt
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees farenheit and spray an 11"X7" or 9"X13" pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a large saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and chocolate, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and add splenda, vanilla and chocolate syrup until smooth and let cool. In separate bowl, sift together almond meal, baking powder and salt. When chocolate mixture has cooled a bit, add eggs one at a time, beating well with hand mixer after each addition. Stir in dry ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Cool completely and cut into 18 squares.
