2 eggs2 tbs nonfat cottage cheese2 tbs chopped cooked pork loin (or any other meat)3 spinach leaves chopped2 tbs feta2 slices of mushrooms chopped1/4 tsp of garlic saltpepper
Spray ramikan dish with olive oil. Beat eggs and mix in all ingredients. Pour into dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Cook at 350 for 25 minutes.
