Cheesy chicken & rice casserole (adapted fr.campbells kitchen)

1 Lb chicken breast 9divided into 4oz pc's.1 can Campbell's low fatcream of chicken1 1/3 cup water3/4 cup wild rice mix 1/4 cup onion chopped6 sliced rings red bellpepper2 cups frozen veggies( italian blend)1 cup snap peas1/4 cup shredded cheese.
Pre heat oven to 375 F.
Stir soup ,water,rice onion and the rest of veggies in
an oven proof dish add the spices and stir.Top rice mixture with the chicken,cover and bake for 50 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through,
top with grated cheese ,let stand 10 min. serve with a salad.as calculated it serves 4 can easily be serving 6 with a salad
