Ingredients
1 tsp granulated sugar3 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp ground ginger12 tbsp light mayo1/2 cup sliced waterchestnuts1/2 cup diced fresh celery1/2 cup diced onions3 chicken breasts, cooked, cubed1/2 cup slivered almonds4 cups fresh spinach
Directions
Combine sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and mayo. Mix well. Add waterchestnuts, celery, onions, and cooked cubed chicken. Serve over fresh spinach and top with slivered almonds.
