*Beef, Tripe, 100 gram(s)Hominy, 1 cup *Flour, white, .10 cup *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp *Red Chile Powder, 1 tbsp *Onion Vidalia raw med onion, 148 gram(s)
Cut the tripe.
Boil it in a large sauce pan with fresh or dried oregano.
Once tripe is done prepare chile with oil, flour, water and red powder chile.
Add in hominy and chile and let it simmer.
Add raw onions and lemon juice wit salt to season.
