Beer Butt Chicken

Ingredients
Whole Roasting chickenSeasoning mixground black pepperminced garlicolive oilCan of beer
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. remove giblets from chicken cavity. Coat with olive oil, seasoning of your choice, and black pepper evenly. Distribute minced garlic between skin and meat to prevent burning. Discard 1/3 beer liquid; place chicken firmly over beer can until stable. Cook 20 min/lb to internal temp of 165 upright in baking dish (to catch juices).
