Vietnamese Beef and Bok Choy Soup

Ingredients
1 lb beef tender sliced thin2 T canola oil4 cups bok choy chopped4 cups low sodium chicken broth1 cup water2 t low sodium soy1 1/2 cups sprouts4 T basil chopped
Directions
brown beef in canola 2 min...remove from pan and bok choy and wilt 2 min...add broth and water bring to a boil. add beef back to pot and add 2 t soy, cook 2 to 3 min. Serve and top with bean sprouts and basil.
