Ground Pork, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove) Basil, .3 tbsp (remove) *Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove) *Fennel seed, .5 tsp (remove) Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove) Pepper, red or cayenne, .3 tsp (remove) Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Preheat oven to 350 F.Combine all ingredients. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions. Place on shallow baking pan ( I used a pizza pan) Bake 20 to 25 minutes until pink is gone and temperature is 145 or higher.
