Spiced Oat Muffins

Ingredients
Directions
1 c. flour1 c. uncooked Quaker Oats1/2 c. sugar2 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt1 t. cinnamon2/3 c. milk1 beaten egg1/3 c. oil
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Then add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients all at once. Mix together (only until all ingredients are moistened). Stir in raisins. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
