1-Brown chuck in a heated skillet then add minced garlic and copped onion allowing flavors to caramelize into the meat. Set aside.
2-Boil rotini for 10 minutes or until soft. and to skillet with meat and onions.
3-Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
4-Drain kidney beans then add to skillet.
5-Add tomatoes then add mixed veggies.
6-Let simmer for 10 minutes. then serve.
7- Enjoy!
