1 lb Laura's lean beef (96% fat free)1/2 can diced tomatoes1 can tomato puree.25 cup tomato paste1 cup diced onion1 cup bell peppersalt, pepper, cumin, chili powder to taste
Cook onions, peppers, ground beef until no longer pink. Drain oil, add other ingredients. Cook 3-5 more minutes and serve on whole grain buns.
