1 cup spinach or other greens1 peeled cucumber2 ribs celery1/2 -1 lemon1 peeled beet1 cup carrot juice or 2 med. carrots (add 1/2 cup water)3-4 ice cubes
Cut large ingredients in pieces, and place in vitamix, add liquids and start on variable 1, go quickly to 10, then on high 30 seconds or as desired. If too thick, add more water and go another 10 seconds or so.
Serving Size: makes 1 large smoothie
