Black Bean Patties

Ingredients
1 can Black Beans, rinsed and mashed1/3 c. onion, choppedTown House Crackers, 5Pampered Chef's Smoky Barbeque Rub- 1 T.Black Pepper
Directions
Rinse and mash black beans. Add chopped onion, crushed crackers, Smoky Barbeque Rub and Pepper to taste. Heat 1 T. oil in skillet. Drop bean mixture into pan and "fry" like a patty.
