HJ's throw together fried rice with shrimp & chard

Ingredients
*Rice: Jasmati Rice, 3 cup (remove) *Baked chicken 2.5 oz., 3.5 serving (remove) *Kroger Salad Shrimp, 4.5 oz (remove) *Mushrooms, white, stir-fried (no oil, no butter, just mushrooms), Serving: 1 cup sliced (108g), 1 cup (remove) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove) Swiss Chard, 1.7 cup, chopped (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .33 cup, chopped (remove) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Butter, salted, .66 tbsp (remove) Cabbage, fresh, .66 cup, chopped (remove) *Braggs Liquid Aminos, 3 tbsp (remove) *Lea & Perrins The Original Worchester Sauce (1tsp), 4 serving (remove)*Chinese 5-spice, 1 serving (remove) - 1/2 tsp
Directions
precook rice, chicken and shrimp. then dice and saute all other ingredients except Worcester and Bragg's. After veggies are crisp tender, stir in rice and meat and sauces and heat through.
