Mary Ann's Lebanese Salad

Ingredients
2 Cucumbers, peeled & diced4 Roma Tomatoes - diced1 Red Onion (I use 1/2)1/4c Lemon Juice2tbsp Olive Oil3 tbsp Fresh Mint (I use about 5 leaves)1c Feta Cheese - crumbledSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Prep & mix all vegetables together. Add lemon juice and olive oil. Mix in feta cheese.
