Sugar Free Rhubarb Pie (Double Crust)

2 Pillsbury Pie Crusts (room temperature)4 c. diced rhubarb1-2/3 c. Splenda1-1/3 c. flour2 TBSP. Butter
Wash and dice rhubarb.
Mix in Splenda and flour and let stand for 15 minutes
Place one crust in 9" pie plate and add rhubarb mixture.
Dot the top of the rhubarb with the butter.
Place the top crust, seal & flute crust.
Cut slits on top.
Bake at 400 for 50 minutes
Serving Size: One 9" Pie: 1/8 = 213 calories; 1/6 = 285 calories
