Quinoa cranberry salad

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa1/2 cup dried cranberries1/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans8 tbsp fresh orange juice3 tbsp olive oil1 tsp grated orange zest3 tbsp chopped cilantro1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Cook quinoa according to package directions and let cool.
Whisk orange juice, olive oil, orange zest and salt in salad bowl. Add cooled quinoa, cranberries, pecans and cilantro. Mix and serve.
