Green Juice

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened apple juice1/2 cup lemon juice (Meyer lemons if possible)2 tbs ginger juice1/2 cup water1 cup of baby spinach
Directions
This recipe uses fresh juice. It's best to use organic produce. I also add some of the apple pulp and zest from the lemon.

Add all the juice, pulp, zest and spinach into a blender and liquify.

Best enjoyed chilled.
